In support for staffs' personal development in their knowledge and skills, Mitsui Chemicals Group of companies in Singapore participated in the SkillsFuture Earn-and-Learn Programme for Chemicals (ELPC) administered by Singapore Polytechnic (SP) Pace Academy.

About SkillsFuture Earn & Learn Programme for Chemicals (ELPC)

The SkillsFuture Earn & Learn Programme for Chemicals (ELPC) was started in 2016, when Singapore Polytechnic approached the regional head office, Mitsui Chemicals Asia Pacific, Ltd., to develop staff competencies.

With its introduction to the Mitsui Chemicals Group of companies in Singapore, it is now part of the company’s continuous effort to develop staff in their competencies and knowledge, in this ever-changing chemicals landscape.

In Mitsui Chemicals Group (Singapore) ELPC edition, it is an integrated work and study programme for polytechnic graduates with few years’ of working experience with our Singapore companies. The programme equips staff with industry-relevant skills and at the end of the programme, they will graduate with an Advanced Diploma in Chemical Engineering.
